Salam sayang buat semua. Moga kita semua berada di bawah payung lindungan Allah swt. Hari ni nak kongsi tips untuk kita kurus, kekalkan berat badan yang ideal serta sihat mental & fizikal.

Rasanya banyak lagi yg belum dicapai, belum dibuat tapi masa memang takkan menunggu sesiapa. Moga kita semua masih diberi kesempatan untuk bernafas di bumi Allah yg fana ini.
